Hi, I’m Henry,

I am the Principal Architect at Relethic Consulting with over two decades of experience helping leaders connect strategy to execution. I act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams across the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream — from Sales and Quoting to Order Management, Finance, and Fulfillment, translating business direction to ensure optimal product and customer experience.
 

Working at the intersection of business and technology, I lead the development of implementation roadmaps that guide investment decisions, support change initiatives, and enable business leaders to realize targeted outcomes. I partner across organizational boundaries—engaging business leaders, IT, product managers, and enterprise stakeholders—to align capabilities with evolving market conditions, emerging technologies, and customer needs.

I help shape enterprise-wide architecture services and building high-performing business architecture teams that scale impact. Through strategic planning, storytelling, and systems thinking, I help organizations visualize the future state, assess risk, identify value streams, and uncover hidden dependencies. My work facilitates informed decision-making, accelerates transformation initiatives, and ensures alignment between enterprise vision and delivery.
